Chicken Basement is an idle game where you collect chickens and combine chickens for more chicken types in order to make the most money. 28 discoverable different animals (not just chickens?). Manage your chickens in your multi-level basement. Compete against other players in an online leaderboard. Game of the year? Game of the decade? Best Game?

Install instructions

Download the correct file for your respective OS (Mac or Windows).  Unzip the file. Open the .exe or .app file

FOR MAC IF PROGRAM SAYS CANNOT BE OPENED OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT:

  1.   rename the .app file to ChickenBasement
  2.  Open Terminal
  3.  in terminal go into the folder that contains the .app file. (For example if the file is in the downloads then do cd downloads)
  4. then do cd ChickenBasement.app (will be different if you named your .app file to something other than ChickenBasement)
  5. then do cd Contents/MacOS
  6. go into finder and do show package contents of the .app file
  7. go into contents and then macos folder
  8. rename the Chicken Basement file to ChickenBasement
  9. Go back into terminal then do chmod +x ChickenBasement
  10. go back into finder and open the file you just renamed
  11. enjoy hopefully
